Carrot Pickle AKA Gajar nu Athanu Good Food Award Winner 🎖️

This is a product we simply had to make because customers at the farmers market came back week after week asking for it after it's initial sneaky introduction by my amazing mom. 

Yes, I underestimated its potential. 🤷🏽‍♀️  (Moms know best!)

It has an authentic Indian flavor and I didn't think folks in Jacksonville would like it but...

It has become a staple here.

And it is even getting recognized by some serious foodies at Good Food Award, recently ending up as an Awards Finalist.
