  • Nationwide shipping across the U.S.

  • Local delivery and pickup available in Jacksonville, FL
    (Choose your option at checkout!)

⏱️ Processing Time

We typically ship orders within 2–5 business days.
If there’s ever a delay (we’re human), we’ll reach out right away.

📬 Shipping Methods

  • Most orders ship via UPS or USPS

  • You’ll get a tracking number as soon as it leaves our kitchen

  • We may hold shipments over weekends to protect perishable items

❄️ Perishable Products

Some items may arrive cold-packed or frozen to stay fresh.
Please unpack and refrigerate or freeze as soon as they arrive!

💥 Delivery Issues?

If something arrives damaged, melted, or missing, don’t worry — just email us at punita@backyardbuffalo.com within 7 days. Include:

  • Your order number

  • A quick note

  • A photo if it helps
