Q: Can I still pick up at the markets?
A: Yes! You can absolutely pick up your Clear the Cooler items at the markets.
Q: Where is the pick up location in Ponte Vedra?
A: We are located just south of TPC Sawgrass in Palm Valley. Pick up instructions will be provided in your ready to pick up notification.
Q: What is the pick up window?
A: Pickup times are Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm.
Q: Can I show up anytime during the pick up window after receiving the notification that my order is ready?
A: No! To reduce your wait time at the gate, give us a heads up to coordinate a time for pick up by texting us at (314) 560-8823
