Q: Can I pick up at the markets?
A: Yes! You can pick up your order at any market we’re attending that week. Just select market pickup at checkout.
Q: Where is the pickup location in Ponte Vedra?
A: We’re located just south of TPC Sawgrass in Palm Valley. Exact pickup instructions will be sent in your “Ready for Pickup” notification.
Q: What is the pickup window?
A: Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM.
Q: Can I show up anytime after I’m notified my order is ready?
A: Please text us first to coordinate pickup and reduce gate wait time: (314) 560-8823.
Q: If I choose delivery, when will my order arrive?
A: We deliver once per week on Thursdays between 10 AM – 7 PM. If you won’t be home, please leave a cooler outside.
