🍛 Our (Very Reasonable) Return Policy

We’re a tiny-but-mighty food company making small-batch, perishable goodies — which means we can’t take stuff back once it leaves our kitchen.
But don’t worry: if something goes wrong, we’ve got you.


🧃 Something Not Right?

If your order shows up:

  • Broken, melted, or mashed

  • Missing something

  • Or just not what you ordered

Email us at punita@backyardbuffalo.com within 7 days of delivery.
Send a quick note, your order number, and a photo if you can.


💸 What Happens Next?

If it’s our goof, we’ll make it right with:

  • A replacement

  • Or a refund (straight back to your card)

Just give us up to 10 business days to process it — banks can be slow sometimes.


❌ What We Can’t Take Back

Because of health & safety (and common sense), we can’t accept returns on:

  • Food (even if you pinky promise you didn’t open it)

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Personal care goodies
