Who changes the food landscape
We show up on Sundays — not because we have to, but because something keeps pulling us back to these shared spaces where people gather.
Markets are where we start conversations. Small, ordinary ones. Like:
What belongs in your home?
What becomes a staple in your fridge?
What becomes the thing you reach for without thinking?
Because most of the foods we now see as "normal" didn't start in grocery stores. They didn't start in boardrooms or trend reports.
They started at a local market.
Kombucha. Cold brew. Sourdough. Small-batch hummus.
All of them were once just someone, at a market table, offering a taste to a neighbor, hoping it might make sense in their life.
So who changes the food landscape?
Not corporations. Not marketing teams. Not Instagram influencers.
People.
It happens one person at a time. One "I'll try it." One small yes.
This is how you are changing the world — when your Sunday mode includes a slow walk through your local market. When you say yes to something you normally would've passed by, and you end up actually falling in love.
It happens every week.
Out of the 500 people we offer a taste to, maybe 10 were ready to say no. We ask anyway. They try it. And they look up and in so many ways say:
Oh my God… this is what I have been missing out on?
So it makes us wonder — gently:
What are we all missing out on when we don't walk through our markets regularly?
What might you say yes to today?
Wishing you a fulfilled Sunday,
