Let me share a few numbers so you can see how rare this cut of cloth really is.

Each week, about 12,000 people walk past our table at the market.

That may sound like a lot — but it's not.

For context, only about 3% of people shop small at all. Out of those 12,000 walking the market, around 100 actually stop with me, taste, and take something home.

Over the years, that's added up to about 10,000 people who've shopped with us once.

Only 1,500 of them get these emails.

Half — about 750 — open them.

And just a handful read all the way to this line.

That's rare. And that's you.
